Harper Adams University is a public university located close to the village of Edgmond, near Newport, in Shropshire, England. Established in 1901, the university is a specialist provider of higher education for the agricultural and rural sector. We will be in building 40 in the center of the map (link above) with unloading to the East in the Sports Pitch Car Park, please leave the doors clear for unloading and park away TBC.

This venue is far better suited for our needs and allows us to provide more entertainment than previously. We have a dedicated Lecture Theatre close to the main arena which has two large displaying rooms and a stage which will allow us to give our Talks & Demonstrations in a better suited environment. As last year we will have a dedicated Snack area in the main hall for hot drinks, cold drinks, snacks and chocolate to keep the busy builder going over the exciting two days so bring your change! A cash machine is just next door in the Student Bar if required.

Accommodation. An Onsite Residence will be allocated to us for attendees accommodation. Similar to below.

These are self contained Single Rooms with en-suite facilities, wardrobe and desk, linen is provided. It also has a shared kitchen with seven other guests, all of whom will be attending DBUK 2022 so they will not be strangers. The kitchens have fridges and also hot drinks making facilities including tea, coffee and hot chocolate. You will be the only person with access to your room so families with children under 16, it would probably not be suitable.

The Canteen area is situated right next door to the new hall and will be open throughout the weekend for drinks and snacks along with lunch up to 2pm. A full menu will be available closer to the time but usual lunch options consist of light bites such as Sandwiches & Paninis, along with cooked options such as baked potatoes, Surf & Turf, Gammon & Egg and other usual canteen style meals. Breakfast is provided free to those staying but can be purchased if required.
